Arrived quickly, well packaged.easy to put together except for one pedal ( thread not very good). I'm very pleased. It's very stable, comfortable and has a good range of resistance . I use it daily, just to keep fit-I'm not a cyclist or in training. Only criticism is the seat doesn't go quite low enough ( I'm 5'3) For the money and the quality of the bike, I'd recommend to anyone.

Bought this bike a few weeks ago and am really pleased with it. It developed a noise when pedalling and we contacted Viavito and they replaced it without quibble. This is what we call first class customer service and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a exercise bike.

Already having a Viavito cross-trainer for sometime and varying the programmes and levels of resistance, I wanted to add a basic exercise bike. As the cross-trainer remains the workhorse, a basic folding exercise bike would compliment this and mainly be used for relaxed exercise. Having looked at a few basic models, the Viavito was by far, the most impressive and also had a fabulous independent review. The thing that stood out for me, was the comment about the resistance levels. Typically, the top resistance being hardly distinguishable from the first setting but at the top end, the Onyx does provide noticeable resistance, enough to increase the intensity of a 20-minute exercise session to a level that generates a good deal of sweat. I would most definitely recommend this folding exercise bike.

I found putting it together very easy just watched the video and had no problems time taken about 10 minutes. I find it really compact when folded taking up very little space to store. The quality of construction is very good, I find it very comfortable to use and really like the way the pedals remain in the right position,no having to fiddle to get your feet engaged in them. I am really glad that I chose the Onyx and would certainly recommend it to others. J.B.D. Livingston.

Bike itself is sturdy and comfortable to use, and value good [at least if you have the half price discount code, otherwise go to Amazon]. Minor issues - there are a couple of glaring omissions in the assembly instructions which take some time to sort out, silly really, a sentence would save 15 mins and a fair amount of frustration. A plastic bit fell off right at the end of assembly, I can't find where it should go, but it still seems to work. This review is requested only a few days after delivery, so I can't say what it will be like long term, but so far I'd recommend it
