“I purchased this bouquet online, from the States, for a friend's mum in Manchester. She is taking care of her husband. It is a frightful time -- They're older, lots of tests, lost of unknowns. This bouquet was delivered within hours of my ordering it. It did take three days to get a thank you from my friend's mum -- my friend said his mum cried when the flowers arrived. And what a video-call thank you it eventually was. My friend's mum showed me the bouquet and said it had items she's never seen before. It was evident that a high-quality arrangement like this had successfully expressed encouragement, empathy and love as intended. When you order online, you never know for sure. Thank you from the States for delighting a person so important to me in the U.K.”

“Flowers were nice but perhaps not as colourful as the photo suggested. Smaller than I would have thought for £75 but what was there looked good.”
