“I'm 12/14 and ordered medium which were a bit too snug so I swapped for a large in another design and they were a better fit. I have quite prominent sit bones and they take the edge off the usual discomfort I experience after 20 mins on my bike. So far I've cycled 13 miles in them and they have made a big difference. It will be interesting to see how I get on with them on a longer cycle. Not too bulky and fit and look fine under my everyday leggings”
