Hi, Carole - thanks for your candid review, and I'm so sorry the pants didn't work for you. For what it's worth, we would support the design of the pants purely on the basis of the proportion of our customers who love them, find they work wonders for them and have historically come back for more.
This is not to disregard your assessment that most women find the same as you, only that we wouldn't want others to anticipate that they don't work for the majority, which wouldn't be a fair reflection of our experience over the years of selling them.
However, I do sympathise with your situation and wish these had suited you better. We hope you find equivalents that fit the bill better.
