Hi, Lisa - thanks for your review, and sorry to hear about the sizing issues. We normally recommend that a UK size 8 should choose an X-Small in these, so we're a little surprised that they've been so different to that. For what it's worth - and not to doubt what you've found in this case, just to guide others - we'd still suggest size 8 equates to XS, size 10 to S, size 12 to M, etc.
But naturally if you feel yours are way out of a sizing error, feel free to send them back to us and we'll switch them for you when we get the next batch in in the coming weeks.
