Hi, Linda - sorry you didn't find the sizing worked for you. I hope you managed to find the right size ultimately.
Just for the benefit of other customers, however, we would stick to our guns on this and say we're confident that the sizing on the VV products is accurate, and something that the majority of our customers are happy with: a small is a UK 10, medium is a UK 12, large a UK 14, etc.
