“Hi the article I purchased was not the colour I was expecting (it was dirty mustard yellow compared to the fluorescent colour in the photo) and was far too tight (though probably put on weight during lockdown). I emailed for details of returning as I am shielding but only got one reply with no particular response about how I get to a Post office to return when shielding. I did eventually manage to get a neighbour to send and have returned the item and am awaiting a refund. Thanks Sheena”
Hi, Sheena - sorry you found the colour different to what you expected. We've re-looked at the images and can't quite see the distinction, but sometimes colours can look slightly different to different eyes, so we don't dispute how you saw it.
As to the Post Office question, I've had a chat with Fran who reminded me that she did reply to you explaining that we were fairly flexible about return times given the unusual situation, but unfortunately there are limitations to how we can suggest getting to individual post offices. I hope you didn't feel it was unconstructive, however.
We will refund your package as soon as it is back with us - we had a batch arrive today, so there's a good chance it will be in with that.
