Dear Charlene, Sorry your item has not arrived sooner. I can confirm your order was despatched on the 19th November and can take up to 7-10 working days from the UK to USA. via standard International Mail service. We do offer a tracked service at checkout but there is an extra charge for this, free for orders over 45.00 GBP.
