“Mats fit great, no issues at qll”

“The quality is good but the drivers mat doesn't fit properly. Not only are the fixing points the wrong distance apart but the hole diameter is also slightly too small. Tried this company after having sent 2 lots back from a different company. Run out of patience so I will just live with them. See photo.”

Thank you for your review, and for your kind comments about the quality of the mats - we really appreciate that. We're sorry to hear the driver's mat fixing points don't appear to line up correctly. We haven’t been contacted about this yet, but if you could please get in touch with us directly we would be very happy to look into this for you and arrange a replacement driver's mat. I've just dropped you an email with the details we need to get this replaced for you. Occasionally vehicles can have different clip types or slightly different fixing point spacing depending on the model year or factory specification. Once we have a quick look at the photo and a couple of measurements, we can normally identify the correct template quickly and send out the correct mat. We do include a delivery note with every order that contains our contact details and instructions on what to do if there are any issues, as we’re always happy to investigate and resolve any fitment problems. It sounds like you’ve had a frustrating experience with other suppliers previously, so we’d really appreciate the chance to put this right for you. Please do get in touch with your order details and we’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible.
