I'm sorry about the issue with the drivers mat. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats.
The mats ordered are for the Hybrid models only - If your car is the Non-Hybrid model this will use a different mat template which we also have available. If there has been a mix up with the order and we have sent the wrong drivers mat, we will replace this quickly for you.
Please, could you drop me a picture of the driver's mat you have received and your registration number to info@vehiclematsuk.com so I can look into the issue with the driver's mat?
