I'm sorry about the issue with the mat. We were unaware of any issue with this order until we just spotted this review. More than happy to fix this for you if you get in touch? We haven't heard anything from you so not had the chance to look into this.
We do show the mat shape on the listing, please could you send me a picture of the mat you have received so I can look into this? Our contact details are on the delivery note included with the orders, and on the transaction and follow-up emails that we sent to check all was okay.
As far as we are aware, this mat fits all 2012-2012 6R models If your tractor needs a different shape, we will make one for you.
Regarding the mat thickness, you chose the 8mm mat option so will have received an 8mm thick mat.
