Its no hassle at all to return the mats if required - I can send over a pre-paid return label to get these back to us.
The mats you have ordered are for the new 2020 model 2008, but I understand that your car is the earlier 2013-2019 model. We do have the correct shape for the earlier model and will happily exchange these for you.
You will have received a series of emails from us over the last few days with the despatch notification and a follow-up email after delivery to check everything was okay with the order. We haven't heard directly from you so haven't had the opportunity to exchange the incorrectly ordered mats before you left this review.
Please contact us directly so we can get these exchanged for you, our contact details are on the website, on the delivery note included with the mats or you can reply to any of the previous emails from us.
