Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats.

You do have another option - If you get in touch with us via the contact details that are on the site, our delivery note and all the emails you have had from us, we can sort this clip issue out for you? If you send me an email to info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mat clip, a picture of the vans floor studs and the reg number, we will be able to sort this out for you.
We are always happy to help, but we cant fix a problem that we are not aware of.
