Thank you for ordering from us. I'm very sorry that this has not arrived with you yet, especially when we dispatched it 4 days earlier than expected.
I'm sorry that it took this review to alert us to the issue. I'm surprised I hadn't spotted the problem with the courier, as we check every tracking number to ensure the parcels have arrived and jump onto any delivery issues quickly.
I'll get onto the depot this morning and chase this up. If it doesn't arrive with you in the next 48 hours, I'll arrange an urgent replacement order to be sent with Royal Mail.
