Sorry, I'm not sure where you have seen next day delivery but it was not on our site. If you check back on our site we use a 48 hours delivery service plus our mats are all made to order and have a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch. Your order was delivered 4 working days after placing the order.
Your order was placed at 1am on Saturday 14th August and was processed on Monday 16th August, so was due to leave us on 24th August at the latest. The order actually left us on 18th August on the 48hr delivery service we advertise on the site, so arrived with you on the 20th August, 5 working days earlier than our advertised lead time.
We show our production lead time on the home page, product page, basket, checkout, order confirmation email and order production email, so I'm really confused why you think this order was late.
We also include with the order a delivery note asking you to get in touch if you have any issues or concerns with the product or service, yet we have heard nothing at all from you.
This feedback is factually incorrect and very unfair. We are a small business run by 2 families and we are always happy to resolve any issues customers may have, but we cannot fix a problem that we are not aware of.
