I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you, so we were unaware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this.
With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received so I can look into this and get tehse replaced for you?

They are the right size for my car which means they don't ruck up under the pedals and cause an obstruction. They do not move about due to the non slip background. We haven't heard from you since the order was despatched so we were not aware of this issue. Please could you send me a picture of the mats you have received and tell me your registration number so we can look into this?
You can send these to info@vehiclematsuk.com or to the contact information on the delivery note and follow up emails that we sent to check everything was okay with the order.
This mat set fits all 2016-2022 C3s, but we show a different mat set on our site for the C3 Aircross with a different driver's mat shape.
If your car is actually the C3 Aircross, just let me know and we will replace the incorrectly ordered mat set quickly for you.
