I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats.
Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car?
We have sold quite a few mats for this model and have not had any issues so I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but there are 2 options available for the 2022 model so you have likely ordered the wrong set. Please reply to my email sent this morning, I'd like the opportunity to get this sorted out for you.
