I'm baffled why you have left this review, to be honest. We asked for a picture of the mats, you said no. We offered to replace them, but you said no. We have refunded the order without seeing any issues with the mats.
You can see from our other reviews that we take great pride in keeping our customers happy and would have very happily sorted this out for you.
