I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats.
Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car?
There are 2 options available for your car, so you may need the other set. Please reply to my email sent this afternoon, I'd like the opportunity to get this sorted out for you.

“Just wanted to say how great your mats are, professionally delivered in pristine condition. The fit was lovely too and look really great in my Honda Civic Sport. My only gripe is the passenger side mat that doesnt correspond with the lock off tabs on the floor but it doesnt matter, had this before.”
