I am very surprised and to be honest, upset, by the reviews you have left for us.
You claim the heel pad is not straight on the mat, but you are looking at the distance from the top of the heel pad to the top of the mat. For this model, the top of the mat is intentionally not straight, so it perfectly follows the contours of the footwell.
If you measure from the top of the heel pad to the base of the mat, you will see that the heel pad is perfectly aligned on the mat. You can clearly see this in the photos that you sent to me.
I explained in my emails to you that if you put the mat in the car, you will confirm what I have said and see that the heel pad is perfectly straight in the footwell. You did say that it was a Christmas gift, so you couldn't put it in the car yet, but I promise you that this will be absolutely perfect in the car.
If you look at the listing image on our site you will see that the top of the passenger mat is at an angle compared to the bottom of the mat, if the top and bottom of the mat were parallel, the passenger mat would not cover the full footwell, defeating the point of having mats in the car.
I did say to give the mats as the intended gift and if they are not millimetre perfect in the car, i would arrange replacements in the new year for you, you then thanked me for my time. Your opening line of the first email said the mats were fantastic quality, so now slating us on the review pages is baffling.
