I never write reviews but please never discontinue this! I had so much more energy and no longer need to take naps throughout the day. I also noticed that my moods improved and I get less anxiety, which is huge for me. I suffer from bad anxiety and now they're manageable.

Easy to swallow vitamins. I bought these because they include vitamin K2 which I haven't found in other vitamins. Value for money. So far am pleased and will be purchasing these again.

We have been taking multivitamins for a couple of years. We need them as, over time, we started migrating to an almost vegetarian diet.A few months ago my husband and I noticed that our extremities were often getting a little cold and clammy despite otherwise being comfortable and warm. According to the Internet, this is something vegetarians and prenatal women often experience due to iron deficiency. We started taking iron supplements and sure enough the symptoms went away within a few days.We discovered it is really hard to find a good multivitamin that includes iron. I’m glad we found this one. It seems to be high quality and has a broad range of vitamins and minerals including iron and does a good job.Another plus is the price. $20 for a 180 tablet supply is really good value, especially if you only need one tablet a day and don’t have to take a separate iron supplement. That’s enough to last the two of us 3 months.

These are just a nice vitamin/mineral supplement that isn't full of a lot of strange things that I never heard of. I like that they were developed for the dietary needs of vegans. These vitamins have mainly 100% of all the standard vitamins/minerals. However, they are higher in vitamin B12. Vegans normally do not get enough of that vitamin since it is found in foods of animal origin. I am not a vegan or even a true vegetarian, but I am a wanna be vegetarian. I do not eat a lot of meat.I have always had trouble swallowing large hard pills. What I really like about these is that they are an elliptical shape and are only 7/8" long. They just feel more comfortable to swallow than those great big long hard pills. They are also scored, so they could be broken in half if necessary.I have had no problem taking this supplement, no problem swallowing them, and no adverse effects. Even though these vitamins are not an unusually high dose, it is important to always take a multivitamin/mineral supplement with food so that they do not upset the stomach. Some of the vitamins are also absorbed much better when taken with foods.I would absolutely recommend these vitamins to others. It is basically a once a day type vitamin. This is a five star product in my rating system.

Just recently got the Vegan Multivitamins and Minerals tablets from Vegan Vitality. One tub covers 6 months which is great. You do have the option to subscribe as well if you want. I opted out of that for the time being, but would potentially consider it in the future. The tablets do look quite big and I like others do have some trouble swallowing larger tablets, I managed fine though with a couple of gulps of water. You could also break it in half if you really are struggling. It would be good to see if the same formula could be made in a smaller tablet size in future though. The tablet doesn't have a bad taste. The formula on the label covers every vitamin you could need, whether vegan or not. If you are looking for a good all round Multivitamin instead of separate sets of vitamins I would recommend trying these ones.
