“Great value for money and lots of vitamins included.They are quite big to swallow but you do just get used to them, they are pretty smooth so dont break up in your mouth before you've had a chance to swallow them.Been taking them for 6 months and been doing the job great.”

“Just ran out of my first order and ordered my 2nd 6 month supply - honestly great value for money. i take these along with ahiflower oil for my vegan diet. (if you have joint problems definitely try ahiflower oil over algae or flaxseed, it’s absorbed much better and has made such a huge difference). it would be good if the seller sold it because it’s harder to get ahold of and i normally get it elsewhere”

“Will be buying these again, they are around the size of a regular long shaped paracetamol so they are easy enough to swallow although that may be too large for some people who have issues swallowing pills.”
