“Firstly you can't go wrong with any Storz and Bickel product, a highly reputable company for quality and serviceability. A compromise between the volcano and the mighty/crafty. Like the mighty/crafty it's a session vape so it's more suited to vaping the entirety of what you put in in one go. The residual heat in the chamber as it cools will somewhat degrade what's left over from your first session. This is why I feel unless you are Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg's adopted child, the "plenty reducer" is a very practical investment.
Like the volcano the internal components are less computerized than the mighty/crafty and other portable vapes so there isn't much to go wrong e.g. dead batteries and it should be more durable (still don't go throwing it around!). If you want a top quality product that spends most of it's time on your desk, doesn't require a ton of paraphernalia, is reasonably priced and at a cursory glance looks more like a fancy bike pump than anything else then this is for you.
If this is the vape you settle on make sure you have a converter plug as this is a German product. I'd always advise putting in the "liquid pad" on top after filling the chamber to the desired amount, this helps keep airflow even and reduces the need for maintenance/replacement parts by stopping any extra small debris getting through the fine screen and clogging up the device over time. The liquid pad method works with all Storz and Bickel devices. If you're looking for a vape that behaves more like an e-cig where you can take one or two hits then leave it maybe check out the ghost vape, I've not tried it but that is how it is advertised. Check out a couple Youtube videos if you're still unsure.”
