“I ordered a key and didn't hear anything for about a week nor did I receive it. I sent an email for an update to where it was and nobody replied. Two days later I received the key.”
“Key works great although I ordered this and a complete lock for the sliding door separately so was charged 2 x deliveries of £8.50 each one although they sent them both in the same package not had a refund to date or any notification on that this was going to happen”
