“Window and kit arrived promptly. I watched video several times to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Got to the point where I had to insert the tube into the caulk gun and start compressing the fixant out of the tube. The video said an inch thick and I must admit I had my doubts that 1 tube would be enough. It came out very slowly and I was having to use a lot of pressure to get out. I did about 14 inches and no matter how hard I squeezed I couldn't get any more out of the nozzle. I took the nozzle off and with a lot of force, I had started so I had to finish, got about 3/4 done but nothing like and inch deep. The rest I had to get out with a stick. I knew from past experience that the tube was out of date and 1 wasn't enough to do as the video showed. I fitted the window and allowed it to go off overnight. The window now leaks and all I got from vanpimps was a replacement bonding kit, what am I supposed to do with that. Thanks vanpimps for supplying a kit that was no good. I had a van with a hole in the door and was committed, pity you are not so committed to look after your customers when you have messed up.”
