“If you decide to ignore the title you do so at your own risk, this company is not only awesome they are also really nice genuine people who have passion for what they do. Before you even enter the store you are met with a wall of drool worthy vehicles standing proudly on the forecourt and showing you what is possible, then you enter the store to happy to help staff and shiny new parts to temp you ! Thats it your done,except defeat you will be spending money and you will be returning thats just a fact now, you had been warned but like a tube of pringles "once you've popped and all that. Anyway one of my purchases was the honeycomb grill in black gloss first look all I can say (well show) is so took it home eager to fit old grill out and offered it up clipped the top in and Oh cant get it to clip in the bottom?? Ok must have done something wrong as the part is made flawlessly try again nope same issue ??? Right before i throw a wobble ill put it away for now. Decided to take a drive back to vanpimps and just double check I wasn't just being thick, met by the same lovely girl I see in the showroom everytime polite and happy to help as normal who disappeared upstairs to seek guidance and I was met by a cheerful chap and a lovely young lady who came to take a look at the issue. Ok they understand my issue but are unsure as to why its an issue, so off to there sister company next door who do fitting for all there products and brought a chap back with then "no problem he says can I have your keys, handed the keys to him takes the van to the workshop and appears a few minutes later with the grill and a white mark painted on it ? "On your model it has a sensor on it and you have to cut this part out to allow clearance, me ‍♂️ oh ok I say ready to take the grill back and go trim it to fit problem solved and im happy but wait "if your happy for me to do it for you ill get it fitted Me erm yes 100% yes please 5 minutes later its done no charge no messing just did what they believed to be the right thing and while this was happening the lovely little ray of sunshine that appeared with happy chap made me a tea and had a chat I wish I had gotten all there names but everyone of them was amazing however the one who stood talking to me was just a pleasure to be in a room with so thank you On this note I would like to say that the sensor work around IS on the website when you look at this item however im a bloke and we dont do instructions Amazing company backed by amazing staff and amazing products , really why would you go anywhere else ???. Thank you to all those who helped and added to a wonderful customer experience and the van looks so ooooooo much better now.”
