Hello, We're sorry to hear that your item has been delayed in transit. I have taken a look into this for you on our system and can see that your order was shipped from ourselves within our usual time period. Unfortunately RoyalMail are currently experiencing some delays with shipments, they are also experiencing issues with their system that relays the tracking information. “Would have given 5 stars but the little plastic round things that are supposed to cover the screw heads don't stay in any of the four I purchased so I left them all out shame as they would really finish them off they appear to be far too thick and you cannot get them in place. Would have given five stars if they fitted.”
