This is a great lid for those who really want a jet helmet but find the additional risks unacceptable. The visibility is excellent, the field of view being virtually unimpeded. My XL fits my Barstow and Speed 4 goggles and looks great with either, although I think it looks particularly good with the Speed 4s. It sizes up the same as my Shoei GT Air and has the same Shoei quality feel in a slightly lower profile.

Looks of the helmet are very aggressive! I love how it has a built in lid. The fit was exactly what I thought.

I bought this helmet because I wanted the wide visibility and feel of an open Face helmet. And it really does deliver. The chin guard is positioning so that the same amount of air reaches your face as it would with an open Face. And the visibility is really wide, much more than any other helmet I've experienced. Obviously in winter it's not ideal but I bought this helmet for summer. In winter I still wear it though, but with a face scarf and sometimes goggles. In summer it's fantastic. And lastly, it looks cool af!

A far better fit (for me) than my Bell Bullitt, lighter, more comfortable AND cheaper. Nuff said. Sorry Bell.

Why the Shoei Ex-Zero, In a nutshell: it has a built-in visor! If you’re comparing the Bell Moto III with this Shoei Ex-Zero I think we can agree they both look cool. But the Shoei having the integral visor is a game changer. Sure, I have a pair of goggles, but when you want to ride without them the Shoei visor makes the helmet so much more usable.
