“The jeans seem good quality and are actually a bit stretchy too. Warm enough for days that aren't properly cold, and they feel fairly protective. I am not 100% convinced that the hip armour will always stay in the correct location. Also, I need to dock a point for the little metal zips that open the knee armour pockets: they are small, but they can stick out and start scratching your bike. It would have been nice if they had added a little protective "nook" to tuck them in.”

“Sorry but these are terrible. The sizing seems ok but they look and feel like you're wearing a sleeping bag. The stitching is flawed in places and one of the rear pockets has extra stitching so it's not as wide as the other, accidental looking at it. Doesn't inspire confidence that they're put together correctly and would hold up in a slide. Sorry Knox but a poor effort compared to your Urbane Pro 2 short. I think I'd rather wear Levi's with Bowtex leggings for less money.”

“Really pleased with these. Look great, spot on fit (32" short) and comfortable to wear. Little concerned would be too warm after receiving them so tried on some single layer jeans at a local shop. Found those too rough on the skin so the coolmax inner layer adds the comfort, reduces the risk of inner crash abrasion and definitely cools on a hot day. Love the outer removable knee armour and the zips don't touch the tank (scratch risk). May be an issue if you're tall!”
