“The jacket is gorgeous, I'm extremely picky; it's taken a good 4 years to find one that I'm in love with and the fuel sidewaze did not disappoint! Definitely check sizes as they come a bit small, I had to go for a XXL when normally I'd go for L to XL and I'm a normal build 6'2 guy.”

“Maybe I’m just being picky but I found some of the patches of leather quite thin and wrinkly around the shoulder, and there were blemishes on the suede near the logo. But once it’s been worn in I doubt those problems will stand out that much. Looks great overall though and it’s really comfortable straight away. Armour is nice and unobtrusive. Fit; I’m usually medium in all other jackets but went for large because the medium was too snug/ short.”

“Ordered this jacket when I first saw it, I think it looks great. On receiving it I found that for me it was a poor fit, very tight around the shoulders which I put down to the armour which apparently works better after it ‘warms’. I found the elbow armour was in the wrong location meaning when I bent my arm the armour would be out of place, naturally rolling to the inside of my elbows and not actually covering them when I’d need it. The neck when buttoned was very wide which I’m sure wouldn’t be ideal when travelling at any sort of speed. Lastly, the brass wrist popper was broke on the jacket I received, which meant I had to return it to Urban Rider anyway. Sadly I still love the look of the jacket but I couldn’t bring myself to order another. My guess is they won’t be like this for everyone, but I’m a ‘reasonably normal’ build, (if there is such a thing) 6ft, 42” chest, 32” waist.”

“Liked the look of this jacket and when I received it the pictures don’t do it justice. Good quality leather/ suede, heavy and well made. Using the sizing chart I got the correct size first time. But-the arms are baggy! The leather hangs down and, although I didn’t try it on the bike, think they wouldn’t work in the wind. Also the armour is bulky, heavy and ill fitting. I returned it somewhat disappointed. Fit the arms better, pay more attention to armour placement and use D30 Ghost and I’ll try again! Excellent service from Urban Rider as always. John W Devon.”

“This is my first Fuel piece and I'm impressed. The suede, leather, and hardware used are top quality. Protective armor, including a back protector (which other brands charge extra for). Great fit, true to size. Very cool jacket. A steal at this price.”
