“Colour is less tan yellow and more orange brown than in the photos. Colour looks great regardless. Material is soft and the protection is well done. Not stiff and uncomfortable. Hip pads are not obstructive when you put the pants on unlike Ugly Bros. I sized up as recommended. Usually I am a 31” and I bought the 34”. I have an athletic build with big calves. Fit is great. Slimmer fit but definitely not skinny jeans. Shipped to Canada. Took a couple of weeks. No problems at all.”

“So the obvious (mentioned) problem is sizing. I could not fit at all in one size bigger than I usually am. But the feel of them is great. Felt like great quality. Will try to get the correct size.”

“I have to be honest, I thought these were disappointing. Firstly, the fit is really poor. I sized up as recommended but they arrived huge, so I exchanged for one size smaller and they arrived and fitted tighter than expected. I’m slim and 5’10 so pretty average size. Also the knee pads sat too low for my height. Secondly the material is really thin, I guess being ‘Sahara’ the objective is to provide something lightweight, but honestly when I checked the material below the knee, I personally felt I have cheap dickies overalls that are better material. My friend brought the waxed blue denim, they felt better to my taste. All this said Urban Rider were a class act as usual and dealt with my exchange and following return respectfully and quickly. So thumbs down for the Sahara edition, but still thumbs up for Urban Rider.”

“Excellent quality as expected from Fuel Size wise: I wear 50 bmw, 32 Klim and I have already sergeant in black in 34 but very snug on the legs. I went on 36 and I am happy. Great service from Urban rider as always”

“These are more of fashion statement then protective motorcycle pants. The actual pant material is very soft and not very thick. Would have been better if they made it out of a canvas like denim like Carhartt work pants. The Kevlar lining is not Sewn in very well in fact after the 3rd time I wore them my heel got caught as I removed them and ripped where the liner was attached above the ankle. So now the liner doesn’t stay down as you take them off. My wife can probably re sew it if I keep them. Knee armor can move a lot which makes me think they would slide out of place in a crash.”

“Ordered a pair in Sahara and a pair in waxed colours. I’m size 34 waist, and ordered 34 Sahara and 36 waxed. I have wider legs, and needed to return for 36 Sahara and 38 waxed. Brilliant quality, look great, and great service from urban rider.”
