“Title: Exceptional Ear Comfort & Vision, but Check Headset Compatibility Pros: Superior Ear Room: As someone with cauliflower ear, I often find helmets press uncomfortably, but this one is incredibly reassuring. It’s snug without being tight and provides ample space around the ears. Eyewear Friendly: A very strong point—it works brilliantly with prescription glasses, accommodating the arms without any pressure. My glasses are slim metal frames. Lightweight: It feels very light and offers an impressively wide field of vision. Not claustrophobic. Cons & Crucial Info: Headset Compatibility: Be warned if you want integrated comms. This shell is designed for the older Smart HJC 10B and 20B units. From my quick research it is not compatible with the improved 11B or 21B headsets. Since the older models are now hard to source, this is a major drawback. Quality Control: I ultimately returned the item due to minor cosmetic flaws: dust specks in the paint, a misshapen badge indentation, and subtle ripples/flat spots in the finish. Overall Verdict: I’ll admit I can be a bit of a "Goldilocks" when it comes to gear—I’m always looking for that "just right" finish. While the comfort and ear room are top-tier, I didn't want to compromise on the finish or the outdated headset tech. I’d still recommend it if you can find a flawless unit, but buy it knowing these specific details. I hope this helps you make an informed decision!”
