“The sign of a good company is what they do when you have an issue with an order. From my experience I can say Urban Rider is a good company and that it is customer focused. The first pair of StylMartin Rocket boots supplied had an issue with the stitching (behind the laces so couldn’t be seen until I relaced them) and so I had to have them replaced. The boots are great quality, comfortable and look cool and the the returns procedure was painless. Thanks for the overall good service.”
