“These boots are SUPREMELY well made. I love them. They take some breaking in because they are so sturdy, but every time I put them on, they feel more and more like the perfect pair of boots. Perfect fit, theyre just a little stiff because they are still so new and so heavy duty. Plus they look great! I can already tell these boots will outlast me. Hands down the most high quality footwear Ive ever owned. It took quite a long time for Rokker to get these made and shipped to Urban Rider, and it was totally worth the wait. Urban Riders customer service is unparalelled any where. Every time I asked about the order, they were clear they would be happy to refund me or offer me a substantial discount on a different pair of boots if I was upset about the delay from the manufacturer. Im glad I waited, these are outstanding boots. And I can not say enough good things about this company. One thing should help clarify though - as mentioned before, it took a pretty long time for Rokker to get these boots to Urban Rider, so when they arrived, Urban Rider overnighted them to me at no extra cost to me. This was overnight shipping from London to the USA, arrival before 10:30 the next morning, which I am sure is very VERY expensive. Urban Rider has a customer for life in me now, and they are going to get all my money for motorcycle related apparel and such. As opposed to a company here in the USA. Thank you so much to everyone at Urban Rider for going out of your way to make sure I was happy, you are a prime example of how to do things the right way.”

“I live in California. I ordered some Rokker boots that were delivered to my house 3 days later!!!! Wow! Boots are great as described on your site. Customer for life. Even though a long distance relationship! Prices are very good too. Thanks again!!! Mike”
