“Bought to replace the Forcefield armour that came with my riding jeans. I have a Forcefield back protector which Im a big fan of, but the nature of Forcefield armour (flexible by means of a layering system, but not particularly compressive through the thickness) doesnt make for especially comfortable knee or hip armour. The D3O armour has proven to be a very good replacement. The material has a nice squidge to it which helps with comfort. The Velcro hooks are on the wrong side for the loops on my jeans, but I found that the hooks stuck to the Kevlar lining well enough anyway. Of course havent crash tested it, and hope never to, but coverage and perceived protection looks to be at least as good as any other discrete armour that Ive seen. I would thorough recommend to anyone looking for comfortable, discrete armour for riding jeans.”

“Love these pants! Very comfy under my regular jeans, and not hot at all (I live in California). Fit is good and all the D30 protectors are in the right places, and do not move around. Not tested in a crash and I hope I never will, but I do feel safer on my bike.”
