“I bought these and the Resurgence Ultimate Ultra Lite jeans, these being the dual layer and the Ultra Lite being the single layer. As soon as you feel these jeans the quality is apparent. The 'outer' layer feels very soft and has an unbelievable amount of stretch. I ordered my usual Levis sizing 32w, i would say these came up bigger on the waist, potentially due to the amount of stretch. However it is possible that these had previously been ordered by someone who was overambitious on their waist size. I did order the next size down 30w to compare but these were way to small so believe that the 32w i ordered had been previously stretched by someone else trying them on. Therefore they probably are true to size and expect them to shrink up a bit once washed. One thing to note is that they are heavy which is probably to be expected as they are essentially triple layered as they have a mesh lining also. This isn't a bad thing but i probably wouldn't want to wear them all day in an office environment. They come with D30 ghost armour on the hips and knees, which if you consider retail at around £50 makes these great value. I ordered black and they are a perfect black and look very smart. It's a shame the Ultra Lite aren't this black but as they are single layered it's to be expected. If you want jeans that you could wear all day in the office or to meet a client i would probably go with the Ultra Lite. Either way Resurgence jeans are superb quality and a fantastic price. You won't be disappointed.”
