“The Tucano leg cover I got for my SYM GTS 300 feels very good quality, fitting was easy and instructions provided very good. Integrated seat cover is a bonus and finally my seat stays dry and frost free every time. However, at low speed in town traffic up to 20-30mph the comfort is really good, but go a bit faster and it gets really draughty under the cover. So I cannot imagine going on 20miles commute just in jeans- i will still choose to put textile winter trousers. I have readjusted all straps but still get cold air coming in. It looks like the cover is not going far back enough to close up the gaps between cover and the rear fairings. I have also hickups with delivery. The website stated in stock and with free next day delivery which I was sold to. And it took over 4 weeks and multiple times me chasing the shop to get my order delivered. It wouldnt hurt also if the staff were more friendly and understanding. The shops website looks very professional, the stock is expensive and location (Chelsea in London) very premium - so why not put a cherry on the cake and be exceptional in your customer service - it would make the whole experience much better! All best Jay”
