“These gloves are stylish and well-constructed, as with my other Merlin products. I have two other pairs of their gloves in the same size that fit well, but -- despite what other reviews state -- these ran *large* and, as such, are cumbersome to get on and are a bit roomy. Aside from that sizing issue, my main concern is that the gauntlet is too small to (easily) fit over the tightest of jacket sleeves, and too large to comfortably fit inside of them. On the plus side, the heating element works fairly well and the power stays on for a full three hours on the maximum setting. It would be helpful if there was a way to check the batteries' level as they are being used. The jury is still out on whether my new gloves were a returned item, which I suspect. A few times already, one unit stopped heating very prematurely. On one occasion, the battery had become disconnected inside the glove. On another, it had not. I am still testing them to see if it happens again. Overall, if they continue working as advertised, I will happily keep and continue using them.”

“Have had these on a few rides and can say I’m pretty impressed. The gloves them selves are very comfortable to wear and broken in when you get them. The heat is kinda weird as I have never got a too hot I’m sweating inside the gloves feeling. I’ve ridden down to low 30s (degrees) and the hands have been super comfortable. I almost feel like the heat isn’t working but as soon as I take my hand out and put the glove back on I can feel difference. Hefty price tag but feel these are a better investment then heated grips.”

“These gloves are just the job for cold or cooler rides. Easy to choose the heat level you want. The batteries fit nicely into the gloves and you don't notice them while wearing. Great quality as I've found with all Merlin kit.”

“Item is fine but delivery was terrible, item didn’t arrive on the day it was supposed to, no update was obtainable from urban rider or fed ex for a week following. I had to chase daily with no response each time. When it did turn up one day the following week the box was smashed in. So the gift was late and in an embarrassing state.”

“Worked too well! Had difficulty taking them off as my hands were quite sweaty, even though the heating setting was on minimum, also being brand new the leather is still quite stiff, overall very nice and better than expected.”
