“The Chigwell is a quality jacket, it keeps me cool, as well as protected. I am in New Mexico, USA and the sun beats on you at 5000 ft. elevation. I am physically cooler wearing this jacket as the sun does not bake my skin. I love the feel of the material, extremely comfortable, and I can feel wind flowing between my back and the jacket - awesome.”

“The fit runs a little small - I bought a medium I’m 5’ 11” and it was a little short towards the waist. Maybe not enough to justify swapping to the large though. Protection is great with the included D30 armor in the back and elbows. And the airflow on a hot day is incredible”

“Fit and quality superb , looks cool and will keep you cool. Just need the weather so the only down side is how often will it be warm enough to wear. I have Knox urban jacked too which I put a normal winter coat over when cold were as the Merlin is strictly top layer in the warm only.”

“Absolute game changer. Even on hottest days, we have had this last few weeks, I’m as cool as a cucumber! Straps on arms keep armour where it should be. Instead of floating around like other brands. Superbly made and good true fit. Couldn’t be more pleased with this jacket. Can’t fault urban rider first class service as usual.”
