“At first, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase a $300 item from Europe and have it shipped overseas to America, especially something that I’m not even entirely sure will fit. I bit the bullet and bought it hoping the size would be good enough. I was surprised by how fast it got here considering that it did ship from a different country, I received it in less than a week! Upon unboxing it, it came nicely folded with a hanger to hang up the jacket. I tried it on and it was slightly loose on me but it’s perfect for if I want to wear a hoodie underneath. This jacket is a summer riding jacket so it is perforated leather and it does not come with a thermal liner. The shoulder and elbow armor is easily removable (they’re in a small velcro pouch) and it’s easy to add back armor if you wish. The leather isn’t too thick but it’s thick enough, the stitching all seemed to be in good shape, no frayed edges or loose stitches or anything like that. Typically motorcycle jackets of this caliber can be $500 and upwards, this same jacket in America was listed for $479, I paid only $300 by getting it from Urban Rider! It’s not easy for me to spend big money on items unless I’m completely confident, so I just put a lot of trust in Urban Rider that they’d deliver exactly what I expected, and they ended up meeting my expectations. It’s been a couple weeks since I received this jacket and I’m overall very satisfied with it, I will most likely order from Urban Rider in the future if I do need anything else”

“This leather jacket offers the best protection and style for a summer ride. With the perforation and zippers for additional air flow, it is quite cooling at high speeds. The material and removable internal protection are great quality and assuring. It is a true size fit. I also advise purchasing additional protection for your back, which can be slipped in from the inside.”

“It's the best moto jacket I've ever bought, the leather was a little hard at first, but as I used it, I got used to it and it turned out to be very good. My height is 172 and I weigh 74 kilos, medium is quite good.”

“This is my first order with Merlin, and I’m impressed. Comparing to other high end brands, the jacket delivers exceptional quality with half the price tag. Most of time, the price tag determines the quality but this is rare exception. Great air flow, fine details and quality materials. I’ll def pay more attention to this brand.”

“This was my first biking jacket as I'm new to riding. I was massively impressed by the high quality of the leather and overall finish. The protection was unnoticeable when wearing it and it fit like a glove...when standing upright. I have since returned the jacket only because it did not fit my long torso and arms. When in riding position the sleeves were halfway up my forearms. This is my body shape not an issue with the size of the jacket. I was gutted as I loved it. The shipping was perfect and return super easy. I have decided that due to my body shape I will have to try on a range in a shop, which I will do next time in London.”
