“Bought these to try out after watching the YouTube pitch because I was amazed that a single-layer jean could be AAA rated and still have slim armour and not be hot and weigh a ton. It does seem to be true. They feel and fit like regular jeans, and I'm also pleased to note that the knee armour lands in the correct place on the shorter leg size I bought, as often shorter leg sizes are not available at all, or the armour still winds up round my ankles. Haven't given them much mileage yet, but first impressions are very good.”

“These seemed a little pricey at first, but I have no regrets about the price at all after getting them. CE AAA rated and feel like normal jeans. No extra liners to worry about in hot weather, great protection, and they look great. I typically wear a 32x32, went with 31x32 and they’re perfect. Will definitely be buying a second pair. Also upgraded to the John Doe CE 2 hip and knee armor. It’s more noticeable than the included CE 1 armor, but doesn’t look bad.”

“Excellent pair of riding jeans. Very comfortable and a slight bit of stretch makes for a perfect fit. The included armour is fairly lightweight and unobtrusive. I'm a size 32/33" waist and found the 31" waist a perfect fit. Go slightly smaller than you would usually. Excellent service again by the Urban Rider team. Thank you.”
