“The Merlin Maynard jeans feel top quality. The sizing is true, I bought the same size as my regular leisure jeans and they feel great on the bike. Only minus I'd give is the calves are quite tight, even with riding trainer boots. No way would full motorcycle boots fit under theses jeans. Adjust the armour to suit yourself. Big thumbs up from me.”

“I bought a version called Chiltern a few years ago and they have been great, super impressed with how they held their color and fit, after so many rides as well! I could not get that range so opted for these Maynards. So far they are equally as good and now I can go out in blue jeans for a change. Merlin stuff for me has been really well made and the Merlin team are super helpful when things go wrong, Helena being the best at sourcing out of stock kit,, So thumbs up from me for another couple of years of riding jeans, they keep their shape and the armour is not intrusive off the bike. John”

“These are very comfortable bike jeans with hip and knee soft armour. Good fit with plenty of stretch so very comfy on the bike and water repellent coating works really well. Even better with the big discount UR were offering when I bought them”

“I’ve had various jeans in the past and these are head and shoulders above the rest. Actually look like fashion jeans and don’t feel too far different either. Very good quality and look great!”
