“Took a bit of a gamble on the size, as nowhere was open during COVID19 to try it on, but im usually a medium and the medium Lane Splitter was a good fit. Note It took a few days riding to break it in, but its very comfy now. I ordered a 2nd-gen spare visor in chrome (these have three states of opening, instead of just open / closed) and it looks very slick on a matte black lid. the visor came with the extra brackets needed and it took five minutes with a flathead screwdriver. Another thing to note, the mouth ventilation grille on the chinguard is always open, its not adjustable. Personally I love this as, I can always breathe some fresh air, and it lets some air circulate inside the lid, too. Some people will prefer something that closes. Its also not too noisy, the wind whine doesnt pick up until 70-80mph so unless you do a lot of motorway riding it shouldnt be an issue. Overall, very pleased with the Biltwell Lane Splitter, would recommend.”

“Sizing is perfect for me as it’s very comfortable and not too tight. It seems to be very good quality and the matt black finish looks amazing. I’m yet to actually test it riding though, as I have my cbt in January, though having previously ridden scooters years ago this helmet is better than anything I remember using before”

“Read some great reviews on this helmet and I’m happy with it so far, only warn it once. I did initially buy the wrong size, I’ve a 60cm head so was going to gt the large however, went with the video review of buying a size down. Had to send it back and get the large, as the medium was very tight around my forehead and cheeks. Large fits well, not quite as smug as my bell 500 custom but a good fit. Urban oRder dealt with my return as best they could in these COVID times, so top marks for them.”

“This helmet caught my eye for its neat appearance, after reading and watching a number of positive reviews I decided to give it a punt and have been very pleased so far. Its comfy to wear, the visor locks in position very securely and visibility is excellent. As others have pointed out the vents on the front do not seal, this could make it chilly in winter, but shouldnt be an issue if you wear a balaclava or similar. I would note, while Urban rider recommend ordering a size down I did this and found the helmet far too tight, to their credit however, Urban rider were very efficient and accommodating in accepting the return and delivering a replacement. Overall, a very good purchase, I would highly recommend.”
