“The merchandise is of gpod qualiry henvent used it a lot but so far so good. Urbanrider as usual provides excellent international service. I wish i can visit thier london store soon when things get better.”

“Good service, good product, kept me informed. Courier service, shockingly bad. FedEx lied about attempted delivery, which resulted in costing me time and money. Really pissed me off.”

“Really good kit - great system, easy to use and to get on and off the bike. The bags are secure whilst on the bike and I am confident that there would not be an issue with them becoming detached on the move. The size is perfect (1 x 20L + 2 x 10L) for a week away with room for everything including waterproofs etc. that my wife would need...she travels light, but still has minimum requirements! High quality construction which felt really strong. No issues with this bag system at all. Highly recommended!”

“The quality of this bag is amazing. After reading and watching reviews I just had to get one and see for myself, I am not disappointed. I will be investing in more of the US kit as the system is great! 20l size is perfect for day trips. I can get my camera gear and waterproofs etc in with no issues. Urban rider were awesome as usual no order issues and great service as expected.”
