“A very comfort pair of jeans which look and feel great. Highly recommend. Not only are they protective but don’t look out of place when worn off the bike as a ‘normal’ pair of jean. Would buy again.”

“After weeks of trawling the web, ordering and returning different types of jeans due to bad fit, I was losing hope in riding jeans before finally coming across the Ironhead jeans by John Doe. I was sceptical prior to ordering, as I was after a single layer jean, but purchased after seeing the Urban Rider product video on YouTube, where they said how comfortable these jeans where. I couldn’t be happier with the fit of these jeans, at first they were a little tight across the upper thigh, but after sitting in them around the house for a couple of hours they soon became more supple. The added stretch is a great feature and the the lining somehow manages to keep you cool whilst also adding that added sense of safety! Only criticism is that at that price point it would be nice to see the armour included. There were also some delays with the stock of knee armour, but Urban Rider were honest and transparent throughout and made sure they arrived as quick as possible. Great jean if you’re looking for something practical, safe and in-line with current trends.”

“Been waiting to buy the John adorable jeans until the armour was back in stock. Was hopeful it would fit as I’m across the pond. Just arrived and have to say they’re perfect! Modern, slim fit, tapered more below the knee so they won’t ride up or flap. Slight stretch to the material which is really comfortable and doesn’t bind. Although I knew this I do wonder why the fly is button rather than zip but because of the soft, stretchy material it is surprisingly easy to open and close.Urban Rider service and delivery is just short of amazing IMO. How they get delivery to the U.S. in only a few days with tracking is beyond me. I can hardly get that kind of efficiency from a nearby U.S. city, much less from the UK. Very impressive.”
