“Fantastic jacket. Perfect sizing and fit. Im 6ft2" and 46" chest. Usually XL or XXL. I took a 3XL and its perfect. Love th efeel and looks. Really substantial in weight and thickness. Looks great and feels great on. Loving it.”

“One of my main concerns before buying this jacket was whether the brown colour would be too light, some of the pictures I had seen online showed it as a lighter tan coloured brown, however I was really pleased when it arrived and it was a beautiful dark chocolatey brown that looks both well aged and high quality. Once on it feels incredible, the armour is positioned perfectly and due to the high quality of the tailoring is does not wiggle or move about too much (an issue I have had with cheaper jackets) and the quality extends to the detailing such as pockets, buckles and zips which all feel high end. Love the ribbed sections that make it flexible but still look and feel really nice and the little additions such as the extra buckles on the sides, the zips down the wrists look awesome when unzipped, very retro. Ive only worn it on the bike in warm weather so far and find it fine when kept open, however could get a little hot if youre wearing it in summer for long journeys as not much breathability (the same could be said for the majority of leather jackets though). The inner gilet doesnt have the same feel of high quality as the jacket, it just feels mediocre, however it fits/connects well in the jacket, personally not fussed and I appreciate that the waterproof lining is going to make it feel a little more crinkly. I didnt buy it for the gilet, if youre hopeing to get a fantastic gilet maybe consider something else. I generally pick an XS but that was not available, so I took the small and im happy with the fit. Overall I couldnt be happier with this product, It manages to look fashionable, expensive (I would say it looks more expensive that It was), retro and just plain badass. I will be buying more products from the Helstons products soon as Ive been so impressed with this one.”
