“I bought these gloves from Urban Rider around 4 months ago and I didnt want to leave a review too soon because I felt it would be dishonest to other customers and ultimately to myself if I didnt properly test them out first. Now that Ive had, I can confidently say that these gloves are simply superb! Warm at even -6 degrees Celsius outside temperature PLUS 100km/h wind chill effect (what can I say, I let it loose on the freeway despite cold), truly waterproof and very VERY comfortable. I am impressed! Many people swear by Gore-Tex and now Im one of them. Fully worth the price I paid for them and then some! They also look elegant and fit any jacket, hard core or casual. And thats not even half of it! As circumstances would have it, my hand was too short for the size L despite having the corresponding palm circumference on the Urban Rider size chart. So I ended up returning the gloves for an exchange to size M (that ended up fitting me perfectly). Unfortunately, Royal Mail that handled the return parcel had lost it. After finding out what happened (theyve been replying to all my emails and queries with utmost professionalism and courtesy), Urban Rider sent the replacement gloves size M to me absolutely free of charge because winter was drawing near and they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. How amazing is that?! Love you guys at Urban Rider! Youre the best! :)”
