“Initial "out of the box" impressions were good. Well made, quality feel. They were pretty stiff and needed breaking in before I wore them on the bike, so just wore them around the house for a few hours at a time for a few days. Did a two hour ride and met up with friends, wearing them for four hours on the first proper outing. Really like them - felt very comfortable both on and off the bike and they dont squeak like my Sidis.”

“Really great quality for the price, they have worn a bit, though considering they are 160 and timberlands are more expensive, poorer quality often and not protected... they are a real bargain.”

“Great looking boots, like the gear lever strap and they look cool with the Knox single layer jeans. Only negative is the heel cup, which takes a while to get used to and so initially. the boots can be a little uncomfortable to walk in”

“These are a great looking pair of boots. They are comfortable to wear however you do need to be mindful of the inner flaps holding the tongue, which I think was the reason they gave me a sore ankle at one point. They are very stylish and could be worn as a normal pair of boots. Really pleased with the purchase.”

“I received the Revit Mowhawk Boots 2 and am very pleased. They are as described, smart soft brown leather with chunky laces which are easy to tie and importantly dont slip loose. The leather is soft and comfortable dont need to be broken in and are extremely light. They are a generous fit, I am size 8.5 and ordered a 9 and have plenty of room. They have toe, heal and ankle protection which I have never had before and happily you dont realize there are in the boot. The white sole looses the glaring brightness pretty quickly (this was my only doubt when ordering) but can be cleaned if youre that way inclined - even my opinionated teenagers and wife think they look great. All in all money well spent and great packaging and service from Urban Rider.”

“Great boots. Well made and great finish. May take a while to get worn in. Appear to mark easily but that will add to the charm.”

“Absolutely love these boots. They look great and seem really well made. I usually wear a pair of Daytona Roadstar boots on the bike but they definitely arent the prettiest. I would however still wear the Daytonas on longer rides ie a week away touring, mainly due to the waterproof nature of these boots. I bought the Mohawks for riding into work and ideally then leaving them on for the day. The Mohawk is one of the most comfortable boots that I own, they definitely can be worn on and off the bike comfortably. The level of protection also feels great and gives a certain amount of peace of mind should you take a fall. I have only worn the Mohawks twice and the leather is already starting to burnish where I am rubbing the bike but I reckon they will just start to look better as this happens over time. I would definitely recommend them. The size was also spot on, I’m a 42 and this was spot on in these boots as well, although some reviews elsewhere suggest that you should size down, this wasn’t the case for me.”
