“Expensive but very pleased with my jacket, already tested it in the rain and stayed dry, only niggle is the collar strap could be longer as it’s too tight for me when done up even on the last hole. Also, choose a larger size that you normally take as they come up small. Couldn’t fault Urban Rider, brilliant service and arrived very quickly, found their video of the jacket very helpful. One pleased customer.”

“Purchased this despite owning a few Belstaff jackets already but all leather. So this was my entry into the wax cotton world and what a successful one! This jacket is perfectly manufactured and fits like a charm: - I’m 1m83, 82kg - purchased the jacket in size L As I wrote in title, it’s a perfect all year jacket (as long as you don’t go into extreme hot/cold - so a +5°C to + 30°C). Amazing waterproof capability that only requires a once a year refresh. I definitely recommend it’ especially if you can still find it in dark navy blue.”

“Very nice material, feels sturdy, seems like it can take quite a beating.. Beautifully finished. I usually wear an XL went for an XXL, For summer use, XL would have been sufficient, but now I got plenty of room for layering for winter. Missing connecting zipper takes it down to a four star review.”

“My first Belstaff purchase was the Snaefell a few years back. Although I desperately wanted to love the jacket, it was too long for me and never felt like a good fit and as such rarely got used. The Crosby by contrast is an amazing fit (L for 6ft, 83kg frame) and an extremely functional jacket for most weathers. As other reviews state it also works very well off the bike which is harder to say for other jackets. I can say with confidence I do love this Belstaff - highly recommended.”

“I tried the Roberts jacket, because I fell in love with it when I saw it, but at 6’ 4” I was just too tall for its short cut. The mid length cut of the Crosby is a much better fit for me. Don’t need to state how high the quality is. The D3O armour drops in and out effortlessly, however the little info sheet about the D3O is unfathomable. Great jacket, stylish, great fit. Very happy”
