“I bought this to use as a mini pannier as I like the design better than the actual mini pannier by trip machine. It works really well, so long as you don’t expect to fit too much in it. Quality is really good but I found the colour to be slightly lighter than I expected. Lastly unfortunately the purchase from UR wasn’t as smooth as previous orders. No response whatsoever for 10 days (no change of status on the order). So I called to get a voice recording directing me to FB messenger, when I used FB messenger I got an automatic reply directing me to call or email. I emailed and a few working days later still had no response so had to resort to commenting on a UR Instagram post. As soon as I did this I got an email on a matter of hours apologising and the item arrived within 24 hours.”
